I might be wrong, but I'd imagine it's because you already have tickets. I know you're likely to just send on the tickets to your friends for them to scan in at the turnstiles, but the system probably doesn't consider that. It probably sees you as trying to get into multiple areas of the ground.

Even when they need to stay in the Council's good book? It sounds like a parade is happening, but if it wasn't, I'm not sure what else the club could do? A parade round St James's Park? They can't go closing roads themselves.
