That's a very valid concern, that the player might do well and choose to move to a bigger club. I'm not entirely sure if an unilateral clause could exist where wages and terms are agreed upon, and the club chooses to confirm or reject the permanent transfer on their side.

He's still young, and has only recently moved to Europe, and so I would imagine it's just a bit of caution. Never really mind a loan, as long as that option for a permanent move is included. I'm not quite as fond of loans as that simply because of cases like Remy last year and him not staying despite an apparent buyout clause but suppose its understandable True that.
