Just having a listen to TF podcast, to be honest, Alex comes across a lot better when speaking about it than Michael Martin does. Giving a lot of credit to Wor Hyem and the lads who helped with GF. Saying that it's grew to something bigger than them and they're stepping back. From about 30 mins on the latest podcast if anyone's interested.
