Is he playing most of his wingers and full backs on the wrong side? Jonas and Santon have played most of their careers on that side, HBA has hardly been pinned down to a position either and Simpson is a right back. So what? 4-4-2 simply doesn't work with 75% of the wide players on their wrong foot. Not sure how moving players from the positions they they played 90% of the time would help but fair enough. I think the point is that we shouldn't be playing 4-4-2.
