Giving that penalty was a rookie mistake. Read somewhere he's prone to doing that, but hopefully he can lay that away. Offensively he's miles better than Simpson, I believe he'll be great for us.
-
I thought he had an ok spell in the games he always came on as a substitute, sometimes before New Years. Then he got some games as a starter, and now he's worse than ever.

Exactly what I'm thinking. Especially the bit about preparing mentally for Jonas on the teamsheet, so it's not a shock. Is my impression of Pardew as one who doesn't like to throw players in the mix without them adjusting first true, or am I imagining this? Can think of Santon and HBA now, but that might be all.. My point being i don't expect him to let more than Sissoko start tomorrow. Slight chance of Mapuo also, but Gouffran is highly unlikely.

Don't need more backup up front, need a first team player imho.. Ideally yea, but now we really need more numbers for the front line. Ranger is fucking shit, both mentally and as a striker, Campbell is deemed to young/light weight, and Shola is not good enough. That leaves the unproven Gouffran behind Papiss. So I agree that we need players to compete about the starting position, but i disagree about us not needing more back-up

Graham put in a transfer request, would be happy to see him through the gates. Miles better than Shola, absolutely a decent back-up imo. He wouldn't be the most expensive either, neither in terms of fee or wages.

He strikes me as a "loose firing" type of guy. Bit like Martins, shoots like a rocket, but more than a few is blasted way over. Also raw pace and strength. Just seems to have more quality than Oba imo.
-
Who'll be their Messiah then?
-
Benteke supposedly put in a transfer request. Would take him in a heart beat, 7 goals this season. What did Villa pay? Edit: Maybe i got fooled by twitter. Still leave it here, he would be a great acquisition.
-
Gouffran is an alternative. Without those two, though..
-
Yea, so would make sense. But can he play both center and wing? Not as far as i'm aware, which is why i find it a bit strange.... would be Cisse and Ba mk2. Was my impression as well and therefore probable we're not in for him imo, just agent p*ss. Don't think we'll get another out-and-out striker.

Being out of the cup will help them. They are playing their reserve players anyway. I know he doesn't play his first 11, but it still gives me pleasure. Hopefully Remy is shittting his pants up in the VIP.

Getting thumped by MK Dons on home soil. This makes me happy.
-
Wondering that myself, it was just stated he was coming, then nothing more. Is he supposed to have signed?
-
Thank god for that, I can maybe start concentrating on other things again. These last days...

That's the first official statement from either club isn't it? Yep. Too fucking good to be true.

NUFCfans.co.uk @nufcfans According to @EurosportCom_FR, Sissoko, #TFC and #NUFC have now come to agreement on a deal. The deal would cost €2.5-3M.

U gotta be kidding? Fastest man in the world, but apart from that..?

Didn't like what he said this summer, stepping stone and all that, but now he really comes of as a nice guy. Gem.

Gary Jacob @garyjacob Sissoko late interest from QPR but expects NUFC deal. "QPRattracts me less. The situation is much more complicated I do not close doors." 'Arry on the move

This should be possible to avoid with some hands-on teambuilding. Split them into groups and make them do something, only english allowed. Kindergarten-style.
