  1. Depends how well the books have been kept and if they add up. If everything is ship shape and accountable then her accounts should have a pretty straight forward job. If they find discrepancies then these will have to be investigated and Ashley answer their questions. Could be a while, we just don't know. Unlike when Ashley took over, I doubt there would be any big surprises in the books. All of our transfer fees are clearly paid upfront, the only debt we'll have is the 'interest free loan' from Ashley which they'll already be well aware of. There's the HMRC investigation issue but they must be satisfied that it can be resolved or they wouldn't have got to this stage. tbh our finances are probably written on the back of a fag packet. Wouldn't even surprise me.
  2. What? she clearly doesn't have the capital to buy a football club, those who she represents might but we have no idea who it is atm.
  3. This whole thing doesn't add up tbh, considering we have no idea who will actually be buying the club. It certainly won't be her.
  4. This place would go fucking mental.
  5. Just being honest and it reading how i see it, i'd love them to be true.
  6. Absolutely f*** all in there to suggest she's going to make a bid "in the next few weeks". Almost like they see a story and know it's clickbait-tastic for easy work, nothing that has been written over the last few days has convinced me that anything is any closer than it was when the club was put up for sale despite what the media is trying to convince us. Financial Times not reputable enough for you? Not when the stuff that's written is a load of hearsay that says absolutely nothing that we haven't known for weeks. It's all could be this, might be that and on the cusp of this and so on. They are being incredibly clever/careful with their words without saying anything of substance, it's all bollocks imo and i have seen zero to suggest otherwise.

  8. I didn't expect this at 2-0, fantastic game.
  9. His record at Roma is pretty insane for someone who seemed to barely start at City.
  10. Been noticing that as well, most if not all the articles have been just loads of words about absolutely nothing.
  11. English teams doing it in the EL do my head in as well. Aye it's annoying in general, just mentioned the Italian teams because it's becoming noticable. Spurs resting players in the CL last year pissed me off no end. I really don't see the point in spending 38 games to qualify and then just don't bother, Roma and Napoli have both been competitive up to a point but as a neutral i just wonder what if and it's annoying.
  12. Serie A teams constantly resting players in the CL is frustrating, why even bother to qualify in the first place?
  13. Currently seems on the edge Honestly that article says a whole lot of nothing.
  14. She'll be in my dreams every night, so im ok with that No problems, I already printed a photo of her. Fair.
  15. Even if they buy us I hope you are all very aware she'll never be seen from again once the takeover is complete.
  16. It's a mixture of defences getting worse (or more accurately teams being set up more to score) and some ridiculous individual talents like Messi and Ronaldo that just make those records seem very normal for some reason.
  17. I thought the name was familiar He's the Brooklyn Nets owner. As long Billy King isn't DOF we should be good.
