I personally think with Marveaux and Santon starting instead of Simpson and Obertan and if S.Taylor and Tiote are back iam positive we will get something from the game......

Agreed, but unfortunatly with Stoke away next i believe he will go with the more hardworking(supposedly) and more PL experienced Simpson and Obertan over Marveaux/Ben Arfa(depending on whether we go with 2 strikers or 1) and Santon...... I am against it totally because Simpson and Obertan are clearly the weakspots atm but i cant see him changing it, maybe he might for Home game against Everton.

What alot of people leep forgetting is BA is going to be away for a month at African Cup of Nations so i still believe a striker is necessary....... Not as necessary as kicking Simpson and Obertan out of the starting line up is mind....

Hoilett is showing good promise, though would he be much different to Obertan. While I agree Pieters would be ideal for the left back position. Unlike Obertan, Hoilett actually has a brain and knows when to dribble( and consistently gets past his man) pass or shoot unlike Obertan he would be a massive improvement over Obertan who imo was only signed to replace Routledge...... That team above makes me jizz, add a striker and a back up cb to it and ill be in dreamland

From .com. He actually only played 70 odd minutes in the first game still class that he's come through another match ok. If the likes of Santon and Ben Arfa don't start on Sunday, I fully expect to see them play against Wigan. what happens if we end up beating Spurs 3-0 with the best performance of the season?? Would you change the team to accomadate those two? I'd pick Ameobi and Lovenkrands to lead us to the title, teams will feel sorry for us and thus underperform

Hoilett would be a cracking signing imo...... With only 9 months or so left on his contract it sounds like a signing we'd make Right Wing, Centre Forward, and Full Back"left or right"( depending where Santon plays) are the positions that the first team needs strengthening and a CB back up...... Doubt we will sign anymore than 2 players in Jan but its nice to dream none the less.

Centre back and Centre Forward and ill be chuffed I would like a full-back aswell but its not as important as a centre back imo all we have is Coloccini, S.Taylor and Williamson(injured) If Colo or Taylor were to get injured we would be f*cked so some more cover in that area is needed imo.
