They've frozen the prices again I think? Those on that original 10 year deal have had that extended again so I imagine prices won't go up.

Also given they only issued 1000 STs in the summer, they probably won't issue new STs until they extend the ground imo. I hope they don't anyway given there's no way I can afford one right now.

Is that true? I was on the 9 year freeze which expired last season. My season ticket went up season just gone by a couple of hundred.

I think what annoys me most in this, is that I get the distinct impression that Barcelona believe clubs should just sell them their players because they are Barcelona... compare that to Real Madrids pursuit of Bellingham, where by all accounts both clubs have a great relationship and respect.

It's openly trying to unsettle players, presumably with the purpose of lowering their price tags.

If you want Bruno, fine, but go through the process correctly by indicating a willingness to pay top dollar from the outset and more importantly be engaging in a respectful manner to the club.

I never thought I'd see the day when Real Madrid were the lesser of the two evils.

It's not like they even have the money to buy him.  We're more likely now to poach players from them. I hope we do.

Disagree with that. They were chased down and, in the end, comfortably surpassed by a much better team.

I thought Arsenal played some of the better football this season - just ran out of steam. Not the squad depth of City nor Haaland who is basically like a cheat code.

He's guided the odds on favourites and most valuable squad in the league to another title. It's a lazy selection.

Also City didn't win the league - Arsenal threw it away.

  5. Funny how everyone was raving about Maddison when we were linked previously - now people seem to be snuffing at him.  He's scored 10 goals and 9 assists in the PL this season in a shockingly poor Leicester side.  He clearly has ability and I think mentality wise he's always come across well in his interviews.  Personally I think he would thrive under Eddie in our squad.

Plus he takes set pieces and corners - we're crying out for someone who can support Tripps for set plays.
