  1. Thanks mate We are still fighting for a quadruple. Portuguese league: won. Europa League: vs Sevilla (Benfica 2-1 Juventus aggregate in the semis) Portuguese cup: vs Rio Ave (Benfica 3-2 Porto aggregate in the semis) League Cup: vs Rio Ave (Porto 0-0 (3-4 after penalties) Benfica in the semis)
  2. 2100 fans in Juventus Stadium. More waiting for the team in the airport. http://i.imgur.com/Z1W43Uq.jpg Toto Salvio video, inside the bus perspective: http://instagram.com/p/nepHSBACkf/#
  3. Most resilient team in the world. Heroes. Proud.
  4. 2-1. Well, considering our 2nd half... I'll take it. Juventus are favourites but everything is left to decide. 55-45 I'd say. Gaitán, you better recover fast. André Gomes playing on the left wing for a few minutes was painful to watch. http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lms9ovVOrM1qbar4bo1_400.gif

  6. 3 points needed today for the long-awaited title. Crowd waiting for the Benfica bus.

  8. Thanks mate. We'll be portuguese champions this weekend so Juventus will face our best XI. That's good news for us. They're favourites but a full force squad (something yet to see in this Europa League) can create some damage. Enzo / Markovic / Gaitán / Salvio / Rodrigo / Lima can tear apart any defence, even such a strong one like the bianconeri have. My biggest fear is Pirlo. Can easily score an away goal if we make a foul. Both Benfica and Juventus are cruising in their leagues, this will be a big test for both teams. Serie A and Portuguese League aren't being exactly a challenge. Porto (3rd) eliminated Napoli (3rd in Serie A), for example, and they're mediocre this season. I would say the odds are 55-45 in Juventus favour. In the final, anything can happen; both Sevilla and Valencia are worthy of respect.
  9. Benfica 3-1 Porto (Portuguese Cup semi-finals, 2nd leg) 16' Salvio scores (1-0) 27' Siqueira sent off (Benfica down to 10 men already) Only god knowns when, but around 47' Varela scores (1-1) 50' Enzo scores (2-1 to Benfica) 79' André Gomes (3-1) 84' Jorge Jesus sent off 86' Porto manager sent off (nobody knows his name, not relevant) 88' Quaresma sent off (after 61', both teams have an equal number of players again) 3-2 on aggregate, Benfica does an epic remontada playing with 10 men most of the game and Jesus is now the god of Lisbon!
  10. Yea. Arouca-Benfica took place in Municipal de Aveiro. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Est%C3%A1dio_Municipal_de_Aveiro
  11. 30k away fans in the Arouca 0-2 Benfica on Sunday. 1 victory away from the portuguese title.
  12. Porto have been horrible They are 15 points behind us in the portuguese league for a reason. http://img.pandawhale.com/post-31074-J-Jonah-Jameson-laughing-gif-S-NWLY.gif
  13. Benfica 1-0 AZ (2-0) Juventus 1-1 Lyon (2-1) Sevilla 3-0 Porto (3-1) Valencia 2-0 Basel (2-3) Half-time.
  14. Napoli close to an opener there. Porto defence is very debilitated, between injuries and suspensions.
  15. 2-2 but a very unprofessional performance. Half the game walking.
