On my comment there that a few of you took issue with. When I made the comment in the first half I was actually talking about one of our centre mids being taken off, not Janmaat. I was just giving my general opinion that it shouldn't be seen as an awful thing to take somebody off in the first half

He's definitely more of an attack minded manager that's for sure. He could do with an asisstant that is defensive specialist. I would always take a more attack minded manager over a defensive one though. Well its not mutually exclusive that an attacking manager has to have a bad defense.
