What does this mean? They've had a massively better side than you lot for most of the last 20 years, get over it. Sure they have. No one has denied it. they have great domestic record (though poor since 2004)...but they are not a team that can gloat about their European pedigree. Qualifying for a competition is not an achievement, actually winning it (OR at least coming close) is an achievement. Yea, they've been in CL for 15 years in a row. we've probably been in 9 CLs at the same time period (too lazy to check the exact number), yet we've won the whole f***ing thing, and have reached more semi-finals and finals than them. Fact is, they will never come even close to winning the CL under Wenger. He's always been tactically inept in Europe. Jokes aside, I just f***ing hate Arsenal. Probably goes back to 2007 when their fans were singing still calling us "Liverhoof", their fans always gloating how they are the saviours of beautiful football and how every other team in PL except them is boring. And I watch football for football, not for the positive net spend on the balance sheet. Anyways, even if Suarez joins them, he'll jump the ship to Spain at earliest opportunity. Arsenal's "BIG SPENDING, WE HAVE SO MUCH MONEY" summer so far only consists of Yaya Sanogo.

Absolute bollocks. Just because a player is a Madrid reject, it doesn't make them shit. Remember the summer of 2009/10 with Robben, Snejder, and VDV and many other decent players Madrid have let go, only to regret it later. Coentrao was the hottest LB property in the world when he joined Madrid, and now after being abused there, apparently he is all of a sudden trash lol. Same with Higuain, who is an absolute beast of a goal-scorer and has scored goals with more consistency than Cavani. Let's wait to see how the season pans out with the new signings, instead of deeming which transfer is good/bad already.

Napoli reported in for Coentrao if they sell Zuniga to Juve. That'd be 4th signing from Madrid if it happens. At cut-price. This is going to be the most exciting Serie A since 2004.

For all the crap that RAWK gets, it's one of the best forums for general and in-depth football discussion. Not so much fun and banter as here (which we all love ), but the overall level of discussing tactics, etc are very high. Especially the posters with "RAWK Scribe/Writer" in their name tag. And yes, fuck Arsenal. I wonder how many stars they can put on their jersey for qualifying for CL 15 times in a row. Suarez may or may not go there, but even if he does, he'll jump the ship the soonest opportunity someone from Spain comes calling. I really liked Arsenal, but I lost almost all respect for their team for the way they celebrated getting the 4th spot after beating you lot a couple of months ago. Some of those dressing room photos were absolutely pathetic.

Aye, it would have been better if likes of Anne Williams didn't pursue it, so Maggy's cover up would have been successful. I don't understand anyone mocking the tragedies, or trying to downplay them with "they need to get over it". If my little son died in that way, I'd go all the way as well. It's easy to say "get over it, who cares, it was long ago" when it's not you who's been affected. Anyways, not the place to discuss it. Just my 2 cents. http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php/topic,70035.2175.html So quit banging on, just pretend someone mentioned Heysel, you lot generally have nothing to say on that subject. Except that people were arrested and sent to jail for their crimes, we were banned from Europe, and paid for our crime. The guilty party was dealt with. We publicly apologized to Juve when they came over in 2005, and there is a memorial mosaic for it at Anfield. You can't exactly say the same about Hillsborough, where the people who caused it are running about freely. Anyways, last topic on this subject. From what I gather we are you guys' most hated team after Sunderland, but dismissing one tragedy by bringing another into it isn't the best way to go about it. Back on football, I hope Suarez' situation gets sorted fast. On August 16, we should have a Perky-Rodgers score prediction come May 2014.

I don't want to get involved in those debates. I always respect the dead and I wasn't born when those 2 tragedies happen. Every team have their fair share of dickheads supporting them. Discussion over

Humble, Respectful, and overall a fantastic footballing institution.

What is the point of talking and agreeing terms with them, if Arsenal don't meet Liverpool's valuation ? Sky saying his agent is saying he'd like to play CL but won't try to force through a move (Transfer request). In all case, I'd laugh my head off if he stayed and Arsenal now missed out on their primary target (Higuain), and have to gamble on Giroud's form for the entire year.

Higuain and Reina having medicals in Napoli. Arsenal playing a very very risky move putting all their eggs in Suarez basket. John Henry definitely not impressed judging by his latest tweet. We are having a friendly now, will be interesting when Suarez comes on. Some Arsenal fan replied to JH: "We're smoking success here at Arsenal" :idiot2:

First day of LFC Tour in Indonesia, and they greet the team with this stand out banner :idiot2:

Mkhitaryan scores and assists within the first half hour of his BVB debut It's gone all too quite for us. I don't know what the fuck is happening actually. Once Ince completes his Cardiff move, our net spend will be negative, and that's before the expected sales of Suarez and Reina. Unless money is being saved for the stadium, I can't understand it. I was so upbeat about the season 2 weeks ago when Mkh (72 HOURS AWAY MAN), now I'm starting to be as depressed as you guys seem to be about next season. Fuck football man.
-
Prediction: Suarez will go to Chelsea or City in first week of August.
-
^^ I think this bad season as a whole by Real Madrid has made plenty of their players quite underrated (well football fans rate you as good as your last game). Callejon was pretty good in their title-winning season, upgrade on Pandev IMO and can play in all 3 positions behind the striker in Benitez' 4-2-3-1 formation.

Seeing Suarez flirt with Arsenal is embarrassing. It's like having a girlfriend and you have solid sex with her and yea, she may be able to do better than you in eyes of neutrals but you got her back when she was labeled a fucking whore by everyone around and were there for her. Now, every time you go on a date with her, she can't stop going around on how boss Jimmy's beard looks, or how well Peter's abs and muscles are developing. You want out lad ?! Just slap a fucking transfer request and stop with this whole "IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S ME" routine. Pulling a George Costanza. And why would ANYONE with intention of winning would want to go to Arsenal ? Celebrated becoming 4th harder than United celebrated winning the actual title. Cringe-worthy stuff. And I wish Benteke already moves to Spurs. Don't want him linked with us at all with Suarez' saga involved.

If it's Chelsea, then Chelsea should be banned from football altogether. They have a 35 men player squad already. It's mental they keep signing players left and right, and loan them just so other teams can't get them. Like fuck them. Despicable team, despicable captain, despicable fans, despicable manager. just wipe them off the map already. Fuck off Chelsea FC

Mario Gomez to Fiorentina for 16M + 4 bonuses (Euros). Unbelievably good deal for Fio. Gomez will score 20+ league goals....can't understand why Gomez insisted on Fiorentina instead of CL offering Napoli. Must be the wages offered...
-
No offence, but you really didn't stand a chance as long as Dortmund agreed a fee. Mkhitaryan loves playing football above anything, and, at present, there's no better club for players with that kind of mentality than BVB. O Absolutely. to play for CL finalists, or a team with no European football is a no brainer. The thing that gets me is that, most journos are saying we were never allowed to even speak to the player because of 3rd party ownership stuff initially (before BVB came in) and his agent kept giving us false signals. 3rd party ownerships are okay in Germany, so all BVB had to do is agree a fee with Shakhtar and that's that. Best of luck to him though. He sounds like a very sound and committed player and is going to a very likeable team. will follow him closely this season.
-
To be fair, Eastern European clubs who are rich like Shakhtar don't need any money and are in no rush to sell, so the fees for them will always be high. Mkhitaryan reminds me a bit of Lampard, though with more work rate and a lot better at pressing. will suit BVB perfectly. I also can't believe Arsenal dared to bid 30M for Suarez. I sincerely wish we submit a 8M + Spearing bid for Cazorla in return.
-
Mkhtiryan and his agent are in Dortmund today to sign :weep: :weep: :weep: :weep: The one that got away.......fuck off 3rd party businessmen owners. We simply HAVE TO keep Suarez now. I wonder who the back up plan is. BVB have a lot of offensive depth now. Lewa, Mkh, Reus, ABE, Blascszykowski, etc.

Very sorry to hear this. He's definitely better than Blackburn. I wish we'd show respect to him and let him wait in summer to get an offer from a better championship or lower PL club. Bolton's player of the season last year and he's had some top games against top teams before (owning Yaya Toure). Really don't want him to go to that circus of a club :'(
