Could learn a thing from Luton's set pieces like. Chaos in the box every time.
-
The most Championship passage of play I've ever seen.
-
Would swap it also, but Luton is an absolute dump. The ground's a dump, their fans seem weird and it produces real sages like true patriot Stephen Yaxley-Lennon and real man Andrew Tate.
-
For the love of God can the winner of Middlesbrough-Coventry win these playoffs. Either of these in the PL, man. Heinous.
-
It's a bucket list thing for me to do a European away game. Was too young to go to one in the Pardew EL run.
-
Hasn't got a Newcastle Brown Ale logo on so yer da will think it's shite.
-
Trying to work out what those games are. Norwich Man Utd Everton Wolves Palace Arsenal Everton Bournemouth (LC) Palace (LC) Leicester (LC) Southampton (LC) He's not counted 17:30s which would be 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss, Chelsea, West Ham and Liverpool respectively.

Not saying you would, and I'm not saying you're one of these either as I think you're a top poster (hope that's not come across patronising as fuck ) but there's always been pessimists who post their pessimism about various things to do with the club, ie getting top 4, relegations, promotions, the takeover, Benitez staying or going et cetera and due to emotional investment in the club people get rubbed up the wrong way by it. Probably just need to get a grip, like. But y'kna. I think they'll end up winning both, a home match and a game against a team that will finish the season on 24 points, we just have to get our 6 points and do our job. 2 home games left out of 3, howay. I'll be screaming my head off in the ground on Thursday night after 7 or 8 pints.

It absolutely would be. Regardless of whether its boring or not, airing opposing and differing views is the point of a forum at the end of the day and being called thick for them isn't on obviously.
-
Liverpool had been in patchy form all season up when they played Arsenal at Anfield. Win 3 or 4 on the spin, lose to Leeds at home. Beat Man City, put 7 past Rangers away from home, get battered at Brighton, Brentford and Wolves consecutively. Put 7 past Man Utd, lose to Bournemouth. I'm not surprised a few thought they wouldn't win their 9 remaining games because they haven't shown that kind of form all season, nor have many clubs this season shown their usual form from seasons gone by; Chelsea, Wolves, Leicester to name a few. But they're probably going to do it and fair play to them for doing so. We've just needed to do our own job which I hope we can, 6 points from our last 2 home games and they can't catch us. Either way, the 'bedwetting' patter and the opposing quasi 'told you so' patter is boring as fuck.

Wouldn't take a point if offered now personally. We're at home. If we win this home match we'll put ourselves in a position where we need 1 more win to assure ourselves of top 4, and we play an absolutely rancid Leicester at home in our final home match of the season next, a night time match. Its all on Thursday for me and am fucking shitting myself every time I think about it.

I'm exactly the same. Going into town early doors to soothe the nerves. Absolutely bricking it.
-
Exactly the same circumstances we were in at FT on Saturday. No idea what's changed. We need to win 2 out of 3 games of football, 2 of those are at home.
-
If we beat Brighton, all of the crowd, players and the manager will know that just 1 win against a chronic Leicester team at SJP under the lights in the last home game of the season will secure CL. Completely different circumstances than were surrounding the game on Saturday.
-
Win this game and its done. Not a chance we don't beat Leicester should we beat these.
-
The sponsor is apparently not from Saudi so that should hopefully make that shirt a fake. As its fucking shite.
-
White sleeves look shite.
-
They're utterly abysmal. Win on Thursday and it's done. Fucking shitting it.
-
Win on Thursday and its ours. We'll beat these, they're absolutely chronic.
-
This is torture.

Wolves aye, but the Bournemouth one is 50/50 imo, I've just watched it again and if the on field ref gives that it doesn't get overturned. But should go both ways, VAR shouldn't overturn it either. But we've had from the top of my head more game changing or potentially result changing decisions go against us this season than not. Wolves (a) Penalty on Longstaff for a shirt pull, 1st half. Liverpool (a) Isak 'offside'. Palace (h) Mitchell fouling Willock and scoring an OG and getting away with it. Man Utd (a) Penalty on Wilson, 1st half. Arguably balanced out by them not getting a pen on Sancho in 2nd half. Just as well we beat Forest and Brentford away as they'd both be on here too.

The Palace game annoys me far more than the Anfield one. An official who was later in the season sacked for incompetence chalked a perfectly good goal off us that would've put us 1-0 up after looking at loads of replays from alternate angles. Had we gone 1-0 up no doubt in my mind we close that out and win. Completely robbed of 2 points.

Would do unspeakable things for a win for Leicester City Football Club in 20 or so hours time.

We won 1 of the last 7 league games in 2003-04 and that performance against Marseille in the 2nd leg of the UEFA Cup semi was absolutely tragic. According to me fatha anyway, who was in the away end for that. We were a different club altogether then.
