Again, all sensible criticism. More of this type of thing please. Are you a moderator? Nah. Well fuck off then. Think it’s getting past your bedtime mate. Get to fuck. Trying to tell people what they can and can’t say about the useless prick. Shove your ego up your ass. You seem a very angry individual. I‘ll put you on ignore and suggest you do the same to me, so not to inflame a comment out of you that gets you banned.

Sigh ? Clearly incapable of interpreting what I said. If you want to give him stick for that performance tonight, tactics, inability to defend set pieces, general lethargy, then go ahead I’m not going to argue. I haven’t even commented on his managerial ability. I might think he’s shite. But calling him a “fat cunt” or “cabbage head” because he’s appointed some people called Steve, or something else completely irrelevant is childish and pathetic. And I continue to stand by that belief. Is he a shit manager? He’s clearly a downgrade on the manager he replaced. But not quite ‘shit’ yet? Says we didn’t work hard enough with or without the ball. Defenders should have done better. Difficult evening, ok in the second half. Better in the 2nd half in fact. Wow. Basically gave the standard response from majority of managers after a piss poor performance from their team then? I go back to my original point though - criticise him for sensible, deserved stuff (and you can fill your boots tonight) , just don’t bother with the idiotic stuff as it detracts from the genuine criticism. *that’s not directed specifically at you, more a general comment/plea/waste of my time. But nothing of what he said actually means anything. But my main gripe with him is his inability to actually manage the game. We get worse every single time he makes a change. Yeah, he’s been dealt these players (apart from one of the worst right backs I’ve ever seen) but he’s got years of experiencing managing and he’s appearing like an amateur Sunday league coach right now. Then your main gripe is a valid point.

It suggests you haven't got the ability to effectively critique his managerial capabilities/performance. But the choice is yours. Anyway, I think i've made my point about why I think throwing random personal insults his way isn't helpful. I'll not continue to labor the point any further.
-
He's just fat. Like Rafa was. But just with many many less trophies. And tactics. And integrity. So criticise his tactics, his lack of trophies and his integrity, rather than just resorting to "fat cunt" or cabbage head".
-
Because it's fairly childish and pathetic? No-one's suggesting 'supporting' or 'liking' him. But as I said, if you constantly pull him to bits for nothing, the criticism that he should genuinely receive gets lost in a sea of vulgarity and pettiness. Everyone fumes about journo's allegedly going with the narrative of 'Newcastle fans haven't given Bruce a fair shake' or 'Bruce's job is even better considering the fans are against him'. Well this just plays right into that narrative...

Absolutely agree with this. If you're going to constantly criticise him for anything and everything, it takes away from any genuine criticism that he should receive (the Norwich and Leicester performances, the whining about the support Rafa received etc.). this is such bullshit honestly. He shouldn't be here, he doesn't deserve to be here, he's propping up a disgusting parasite of man, he's a parasite. I don't care if we beat a hopeless Bournemouth side. I do care about him whining in interviews about getting sacked over the phone. No sympathy. This same shit used to get said about Pardew, it was infuriating then and its even more so now. I'll give him a break when he fucks off back to obscurity Come on man. This is just ridiculous. I agree the way he left Sheff Wed was poor. But let's not pretend there's something unique about that. Rodgers dicked Celtic over. It happens. Throwing ridiculous personal insults about does no-one any favours.

Oh yeah I haven't read it either but I'd imagine so if Edwards wrote it He didn't, Martin Hardy did.

Danny Simpson's finest moment in an NUFC shirt.

Aye, but I imagine we've clocked-up one or two extra miles than them! 14 Premier League away Monday night matches in a row is scandalous! Everton equal theirs out. Was our one home Monday night the game v Sheff Wed and our first? It was Wigan when Bigi scored. I suspect those figures might only be over the last X number of years, rather than ever.
-
The disparity between home and away Monday nights for us is bizarre. I don't think the overall number of Monday night games is particularly out of sync with comparable teams (e.g Everton). Our viewer numbers will always mean we're on more than a Burnley or Southampton, and the 'big' teams have midweek European games which probably reduces the opportunities for them to be shown on a Monday night. It's just Sky's fetish for insisting on away games only for us that makes it seem like there's something amiss.

Tbf, the only 'poor opposition' we have lost to is Norwich.

How many points do you think we will get?

Must read this forum....

Perhaps, but that's a separate point entirely.
