Some nugget posted this on the BBC site! I don't think you can call someone constantly linked with other jobs, including England, underated. Nobody doubts that he's a good manager, and he's overseen a total rebuild of the side around him. However, he took one of the most expensively assembled teams in the League only as far as 7th last year, and will probably miss out on the top 4 again. At Bournemouth he did fantastically to get them as high as 9th, but also got them relegated. He's also won nothing yet..
