  1. It's not crap though. At this point we are better off than last year. Whether it lasts is up for debate / probably unlikely, but at the minute it's a fact. That doesn't mean Bruce is a better manager, just that we are doing better at present. And there lies the annoyance. While it may be a fact we've got more points than this stage last season, as you say that doesn't make Bruce a better manager. IMO merely quoting the 'Got more points' sentence suggests we're in better hands than under Rafa. We've got more points but this club IS NOT better off since the summer. It's a short sighted view to suggest we are. How can you accuse me of being short sighted when I've actually said it's unlikely to last? That's part of the problem now people aren't allowed to judge anything in a positive way ever. The evidence is above with people claiming more points is irrelevant. Its not, its (however temporarily it may be) better.

  3. He's doing a decent enough job overall so far, some good stuff, some rubbish. Certainly not the disastrous start everyone (including me) was anticipating.
  4. Sky have got it right though. Pretty disrespectful that you're using this as an excuse to have a go at them really.
  5. Prove it. I was there, saw it with my own eyes. Not a chance 10,000 seats were empty (practically one in five) as is being claimed. You can't see all of the stadium when you are there. Have you got a set of pictures of the entire ground to disprove this then? Having been to cup games I've got a pretty good idea of what an attendance might look like - there's no way there were 10,000 empty seats.
  6. Survival is going to depend on how quickly they admit they've made a mistake in appointing this dinosaur, isn't it?

    Paul Dummett

Still absolutely shit this lad - probably the worst individual performance of a dreadful entire team at the weekend.
  9. There were way more than 42k there mind. The boycott overall was a bit a failure - like always the militant element of internet forums don't reflect the behaviour of the general match going fan.
  10. Because Lazaar turned out to be dreadful. No doubt he was initially signed as a direct replacement.
  11. Wrong. He's an awful footballer. Contributes absolutely nothing other than being a stopper. If he wasn't a local lad he'd get way more criticism. If we can improve on him we absolutely should. Wrong. We shouldn't improve on him if we can? Are you a special kind of stupid?

  13. Don't know much about him, but anything that sees Dummett further away from the starting 11 is good news.
