Really weird first performance from Chelsea under Tuchel. Pretty much passed it among themselves in their own half for 90 minutes

He’s been dreadful, but he’ll get a completely clean slate under whoever replaces Bruce.

Just hope his development won’t suffer too much in the long run having this donkey in charge.

Who we wanting to win then, Brighton or Fulham?

 

I don’t know why so many are worrying and panicking about relegation? Surely if there was any chance of the “takeover” actually happening then Ashley wouldn’t be acting like this by doing nothing despite us spiralling towards 18th place.

 

If we stay up Ashley is the main winner banking the tv money again then we just repeat this s*** again next season until we finally do go down. We have had 11 seasons of him trying to sell as a PL team and it hasn’t happened.

I can promise you all, Choudhury is no better than the incredible poor options we already have.

I’ve been a big believer in all of this, but how long can we hear:

‘It’ll be done by May June July August’

‘Arbitration will be done by January February March’

Actions speak louder than words now. So far, we’ve had fuck all actions.

Loads of wild speculation that he is coming in to replace Bruce, as a stop gap until Martinez/Rafa take over, to undermine Bruce and force him to quit etc. etc.

But in reality, none of that is as likely as a throw of the dice by Ashley to allow Bruce to continue and keep us in 17th.

If Bruce was even remotely close to being canned, why make this move? Dawson is highly regarded internally and will likely be promoted to caretaker manager in the event of Bruce leaving. Makes no sense to have this appointment other than to try and support Bruce.
