We need to go back going for players a little bit lower than the pool we are currently shopping in, think Bruno Isak Botman Tonali, get the player in just before they hitting the upwards curve. Ideally we sort the Isak mess out or get a striker signing in by next weekend or it's Osula/ more likely Gordon up top Vs Villa Paul Mitchell is a prat but he seems to be right that our recruitment currently isn't fit for purpose, doesn't really help that we have no executives at the top.

Rather keep Isak than signing him and I've been one who really wants Isak to leave after the way he's went on. If Psg's Ramos is being offered out for £55m, surely we should be all over that

Agree with this if Isak stays we don't really need plug in and play first 11 signings other than a centre back. Bulking up the bench with better options wouldn't be bad, our bench last season was really weak

Don't mind Jackson, there's a good player there, if Eddie can work his magic with him and control his temper then it could be a good signing. Not at the Quoted £80m tho, maybe £60m MAX. If he signed it probably rules us out of Wissa due to Afcon. Longer this goes on we probably keep Isak and push for Wissa to replace Wilson.

He's back training with them, apparently they said they will be more open to a sale once they've sorted a replacement out.

Be one or the other, no chance we do this then have neither of them available for a couple of months for Afcon. I reckon we should just bite bullet and go get Watkins & Wissa, Get Ramos & Wissa, or tell Isak to stay and get Wissa, running out of options. 21 goals in 51 games ( lots of those off bench) There isn't an abundance of top tier strikers out there available ( certainly none that come anywhere close to Isak) Ramos wouldn't be bad, especially if we got Wissa or similar in to share the work load

We are desperate but if we are gonna bank a good sum for Isak on top of the rumoured transfer kitty of 150m surely we'd aim higher than this like Guehi. Tho maybe we view this as a transfer we can get over the line without much competition

Ideal scenario now BUT can't see us doing both of those, be one of them and us making Isak stay, there's not many more options that would be a suitable replacement for him now.

24hrs, it takes us weeks to sign a player at this rate it's Gordon/Osula leading the line against Villa. Brentford won't sell until they've got a replacement lined up, I'd be shocked if we have another signing through door before season kicks off

How far down the list do you go? Next is Ramos, if that doesn't work who ends up replacing Isak. At this point sign Wissa and make Isak stay.
