I agree in a lot of ways, will get hammered for this but the day we got took over and we still had Bruce I genuinely said to my dad I’ll be delighted with either Howe, Moyes or Poche. I rate Moyes as a manager and think he’ll be playing most of the time. Obviously want him here but if he chooses them I get it.

I wouldn’t- he hasn’t been right second half of this season, Howe has given him plenty of chances and Howe needs to think of the next step up as we have hit CL twice in three years, we need consistency. I love him though and wouldn’t be bothered either way personally.

Other clubs he’s not going up against isak, if a player comes out and says I want guaranteed minutes then it’s obviously his top motivation (behind money) and all the other teams can guarantee him more. We can offer him lots yes but some on that list will offer him a starting place week in week out if that’s what drives him.

Also his track record for breaking in slower and sitting people on the bench. He’d get a lot more minutes at other clubs and if that’s what he wants then that’s what he wants, don’t make him “mad to not sign for us”

You still have the same issue with isak playing every minute and that punishes us end of the season, always does. IMO we need a striker and I think Delap is a no brainier personally.

Walker peters on free and drop for £30m would be an incredible start. Could argue Trafford for £20m so first 3 for £50m. That would be a great start, also keep tripps so that’s our full backs sorted with a couple being able to cover defence if needed.

Still should be higher imo as we should have went further in CL, the PSG penalty put a stop to that.

Hope we keep him but if he wanted to go and we get say £70m for him to add onto a decent amount we have for this window I wouldn’t be heartbroken as we may get a decent rebuild job. He does have an amazing record against top teams so I hope he comes back his old self. I genuinely believe Howe is a fantastic manager but the one skill he’s missing is rotation properly and he is a shining example of this, we had such a good left in barnes and Tino and it seems it got split up just to shoehorn Gordon back in and we weren’t the same for that the rest of the season.

How much is it worth? Didn’t we only get £28m last time but Man U got a ton more as it’s based on history?
