Agreed - what Man U have is rashford & martial where if one fails to get the winner then the other seems to step up. I feel we don’t have that and this forum has listed a lot of supposedly weaknesses for mitro in the fact that he don’t track back, he has an attitude problem but there’s two major positives he’s brought to Fulham this season. He puts the ball in the net and he’s always available.

I just mean - nobody is first choice, wood is third choice for us because that’s just correct but not necessarily for mitro. And let’s stop comparing him to what he was like so men years ago, people grow up and personalities change.

Fair point, I know it’s a non brainer but for now I quite like the thought of isak, Wilson, mitro, ASM & miggy fighting for the front line spots. i think that one change (and working ASM back in for appropriate games) would get quite a few more points on the board.

A massive plus though is that he’s been available for 15 out of 18 games this season for Fulham and all of last season for them - that’s what we also need, availability and the confidence they’ll score given a few chances. for me - as a squad striker I’d upgrade wood for him all day.

He’s scored 11 goals in 15 apps this season, if that’s ordinary then I wish wood was ordinary this season.

You’re wrong on this from my experience anyway - I work with about 6 Man U fans, one a season ticket holder and they all say they really want / need this as it’s now been a while since winning anything and it’s a big statement of intent.

to be fair, they’ve now won 9 games in a row including one against City. When we were on ruins like that and anyone said anything negative we’d say they were wrong.

Agreed - again not angling for argument or anything just saying it’s amazing where we’re at in the league but they will get third or higher I feel and I would have preferred to play them in the cup over 2 legs than in the final.

Not being negative as I genuinely believe it but at the minute I feel they are a better team than us.
