Genuine question as I’m not watching their games - is he playing that well or is it just commentators and reporters loving him? He scored recently and the headlines were “Courtinho scores for Villa!!!” was it headline worthy?

Massive breathing space, 5 points above Norwich with a game in hand and superior goal difference meaning a draw against West Ham leaves then needing 7 points realistically. At that point I expect them to lose some fight as some players heads will drop surely.

I had a so called friend who was a Villa fan, when i I got married I invited him to the wedding - after the speeches etc he came up to me and my wife and said “thanks for the invite, wasn’t expecting one as I don’t like you and am only here for the food and drink, I get married next month and there’s no f&£cking way you’re getting an invite to my wedding”. Easier said than done, Villa are the real deal under gerrard and if trippier isn’t available then we lose both right backs and they will target them areas. Villa are finding it easy to get 2 or 3 goals a game and we’re not so I’d be happy with a draw.
