I’m nearly 50, born in Newcastle and supported them all my life - getting the chance to get carried away doesn’t happen that often so maybe I have gone a little crazy.

I’m entitled to my opinion, why slag me off for it? I’ve only been on here for a few weeks but I’ve never got personal to anyone

Never said it was but a lot agree there’sa very high chance so clubs may play the odds.

If clubs don’t believe we’ll be big one day then clubs like Man U wouldn’t be so hesitant regarding loan deals. They’re trying to derail us so they know what’s coming. May take several years but it’ll come, even if we get relegated in the mean time. Just my opinion

I’ve thought this as well, we should say this to a club like Brighton who we’re after a defender or so to tighten up. Just say - trust us, get in it our good books now and we’ll do right by you later with loans or whatever.

Totally agree, offer more then what they’re worth but don’t go silly - may take a window or two but eventually they’ll learn they can get more from us but try and take the Piss they’ll get nothing.

It’s because teams hate us or want to exploit us financially. If we do end up staying up we should publically thank Man Utd and Seville etc and say “because of them not selling to us - we’ve created a much better team spirit within our current squad and because we didn’t cave and spend crazy money on prices demanded we have even more wiggle room now in the ffp rules”

Yep, looking further back under howe we beat Burnley and drew with ten men against Norwich so we’re picking up points in the most important games. I’m very optimistic now

Tell me about it, last week I even uninstalled fifa from my Xbox and installed nhl hockey instead.

Also howe has managed us for 11 games, that’s just over half of our games 11 out of 21). He’s got us 2 wins and 4 draws meaning he’s got us 10 of our 15 points. I’m gonna dwell over this weird feeling I have when I have a few beers tonight and think about that.
