  1. A loss I think is very likely but don't see there being more than 1 goal in it. We are decent you know and we do have Pope.
  2. This team we are putting out is the reason I wouldn't be content with us not getting anymore players in before 11pm tomorrow . We'll give them a game but we will struggle. Would be some performance from the players if we come away with anything.
  3. Resting Schar and Botman but not Willock seems an odd one. May as well swap Willock for Anderson if you're switching things up. I feel bad for Isak, his debut for us and he's got no Bruno, ASM, Botman or Wilson in the team.
  4. Its the only excitement Leicester fans can get this summer.
  5. Squads small and lacking depth of quality so it's no surprise how much poorer we look when you take out 3 starters in Bruno, Wilson and ASM. Just a huge boost to have Isak in for this, gives us a little something up our sleeve which Liverpool can't really prepare much for.
  6. We've got someone called Joelinton, he's certainly athletic. A midfield 3 of Bruno - Tielemans - Jo would be excellent. If that was an option, I would certainly more than just think about parting with £20m-£30m to get it.
  7. Absolutely. Good injury record and at 25 he is right at the start of what should be his peak years. One for now certainly but has enough quality to be here for many future seasons also.
  8. Got to be one of 3 for Tielmans. Newcastle Liverpool Aresnal You'd imagine he'd choose either of them over us what with them both having European football and probably going straight into Liverpools team due to injuries they have.

Not so sure about that. He's proven himself as a central striker/wide forward, scored plenty of goals from those positions as well so don't see how changing that will contribute to his game in any way. Also, your idea means Wood playing up top again and I'd rather just have Isak up there with ASM, Almiron and Willock/Anderson in behind them.
  10. A year is a long time, if a club is stupid enough to pay anything for him now instead of waiting then they are stupid enough to pay £40m. Chelsea would certainly do that.
  11. Barkley is the wrong kind of midfielder I'd say. We have Willock and Anderson for that. We need a deeper CM or a defensively adept box to box one.
  12. About £20m under value so it's definitely us.
  13. Tielmans is one I can't see happening. Clubs (most of them) are trying to be more shrewd and signing a player like him who will be out of contract in a year and able to sign a pre contract in January would be somewhat foolish I think.
  14. Somethings got to budged today, especially for a permanent signing. Might be able to sneak a loan or two within 24hrs tomorrow but surely need to hear something fairly concrete today if we are going to get a permanent one through the door.
  15. Going to be batshit crazy season if these first 5 games are anything to go by. Brighton, Leeds and Fulham all in top 6 after 5 games wouldn't have been anyone's guess.
  16. Anyone else think the player interviews before games are a bit cringe? I'm enjoying all the new content but these are very hit and miss. Some of the questions that get asked are just not very good and you can see the player thinking "what on earth am I meant to say to that".

Certainly is, could've told everyone about Brunos injury before Wolves but chose not to.
  18. Maitland-Niles potentially being touted now. A decent squad player who can provide cover in a few areas in midfield and at RB, could do alot worse than that.
  19. McNeil and Maupay are particularly bad I'd argue for what they actually cost and what they contribute in terms of attacking output. The fact they've brought in all those players and are still down there and looking like one of the possibilities to get relegated says it all.
  20. It means Evertons signings are generally well overpriced and under performing players on their way down. Just in the same way people were pleased to see some of the players we've been looking at linked also with Dortmund as they have a knack of getting recruitment right.
  21. The fact Everton want him isn't a great indication however I have always got the impression he is slightly above average in terms of Premier League midfielders. He's managed to get 29 caps for Belgium during their "Golden Generation" so he must have something about him.
  22. I'm not expecting him to start. Would surprise me if it's not the exact same starting XI as Wolves (assuming Tripper and ASM are fit). I think Howe will have him coming off the bench Wednesday and then starting the next game.
  23. Surely we must have some rumours/news tomorrow! Unless it's all being kept entirely under the radar there won't be time for anything (especially 2) if we don't hear anything by tomorrow night .
  24. I get your point but we aren't blessed I'm RW either. I'd obviously take Tielemans permanently over Pulisic on loan but if it was an option between I'd still rather a RW than CM as I think we lack so much creativity in forward positions.
  25. Barkley now a free agent. Surprised we haven't been linked with that. Probably goinf to Forrest though, they don't have #10's there.
