  1. Not sure it was offside though, was given onfield but the commentator on our game (Setanta 2) said it would have counted if it had went to VAR. Numerous chances aye, Ballard missed a header on the stroke of half time from inside the 6 yard box directly from the penalty review. Talbi missed a one on one chance in the second half, Brobbey had a tap in that he didn't get on the end of, We had enough golden chances to score and didn't take them.
  2. Man United played well, We conceded two sloppy goals but we also had a massive opportunity to go 1-0 up inside the first 5 minutes and numerous chances throughout which we didn't take. If we had taken a point at Forest and a point at Man United it would have been a good return (any point for a newly promoted side away from home is decent IMO) and we're a point better off. Confident we will be fine, It's not a bottom 3 side, A win v Wolves would be huge mind, a 12 point gap would be pretty significant even if it's only after 8 games.
  3. It's a good job football isn't played on paper
  4. Not sure it's as simple as saying fixtures have fallen for us, the table after 6 games isn't really a concrete description of the ability of said teams. Villa, Forest & Palace are all European sides, 5 points off them with 10 men for an hour is a great return. The likes of Brentford and West Ham are games we ideally need to take maximum points from to stay up and we have beaten both, both them sides will still take points off other teams this season. I don't think there's any real whipping boys this year, maybe Burnley like, who we lost to. If we can get something from Man United on Saturday it would be an amazing start, would take a point but no reason why we can't get all 3 with the state they are in.
  5. I don't think we are going to score a lot, but we definitely have goalscoring ability within the squad. I think our games will generally be quite tight with a goal either way deciding it, home form is key. I don't think we will get battered in many games as Le Bris system doesn't really allow that to happen (probs get walloped by Liverpool, Arsenal & City like many others) Sundays a huge opportunity to get some more points on the board against a side so far massively underperforming.
  6. Lacked a cutting edge going forward but in control for quite a bit of it. Roefs made some outstanding saves though. Great point on the road.
  7. Jurys out on this one for me, just have to see how it pans out. I assume he' a similar replacement for Guiu, IE he offers us something different whereby he can hold the ball up and bring others into play. Other options like Isidor and Mayenda play on the last man with raw pace.
  8. Geertruide is a brilliant signing on paper, not sure on Brobbey.
  9. Says Brian Bobbey, but his record doesnt look great for Ajax last season.
  10. I haven't been logged on at all weekend, get your mods to check if you are that arsed. FWIW I thought you were very good last night and were unlucky not to win, never mind to not get a point.
  11. Back to work after a disappointing away day at Burnley, simply need to take your chances.
  12. One of the worst decisions in hindsight we made was turning down that bid, He went to complete shite and fell of a cliff.
  13. Ive explained in detail as to what seats are empty but if you choose to ignore that then thats fine.
  14. I havent ‘fucked up’ at all The original image was taken from a dodgy box where the camera angle is taken from the East Stand opposite the tunnel. The image of Seelt going off injured is walking towards the tunnel in the West stand. The photo of Xhaka taking a corner is facing towards the West Stand where the tunnel is. The advertising hoardings in the image of Seelt going off, are the same image as what I posted above. The empty seats visible in the Xhaka image are the West Stand Corporate tickets, below the media team, above the dugout to the left & then the Premier concourse where the club officials sit together in the same block. The lower block thats been claimed to have been completely empty, visibly, isnt empty. I’ll leave it for now, pretty boring discussion to be honest. Seen it with my own eyes that it was full and didnt have completely unsold rows.
  15. That is the same stand that was in the original post. Look at the advertising boards, again, dont let facts get in the way of your own lies though.
  16. The collective blocks with nobody in them are corporate sections above the subs benches, below the media / commentary teams and the directors box. The West Stand is where all of the commercial shite is. The available tickets for home supporters was sold out in full.
  17. Three of them are that end, your honestly the worst like
  18. Be some blocks empty there I cant deny
  19. Two from the reverse dodgy stick TV cameras, best I can find online & a few more.
  20. I havent though have i? Its quite clear from tons of images around the ground from media teams the game was a sell out and blocks of seats werent just sitting unoccupied. A snapshot of a 5 minute injury, on the restart from HT doesnt mean the seats were empty for the duration of the game nor was the game ‘not sold out’
  21. The irony from this bloke.
  22. I wish my cock was as thick as yae like.
  23. Central enterance area is players and staff, the top block is where the directors sit. It shows a complete polar opposite view of the apparent unsold, empty seats.
  24. You can find images anywhere to spin a narrative that the game wasn't a sell out and there was blocks of empty seats all over the place, it wasn't the case. The same image below is from after the first goal went in, facing the same stand that was 'empty', so unless people arrived after 60 minutes
