They cannot be purchased over the phone or in person. "

And this is what they are advertising is the process, which is utter bullshit

The email came from [email protected] I have that domain added as priority so nothing goes into spam 🤣 Also, when the whole ballot process was first introduced they had something like "If any tickets are still available after the initial ballot window another ballot will be run and successful members notified" So it appears they've reverted to that and not told anyone 🤷

The resale of tickets through channels not authorised by the club is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions......"

The trust, FAB and supporter services have all been made aware about this, and Hays have also removed the post now. I doubt anything will be done though
