So what some of thought has actually happened in that they've changed how the ballot and sale tickets were allocated But apparently it's all just a few unhappy members whingeing because they didn't get tickets π€£

Probably better odds with the lottery jackpot

There's nothing at all in any terms to say you cant use multiple browsers, likewise there's nothing to say you can't create multiple accounts and have multiple memberships all linked. All we are doing is increasing the odds when it comes to the ballot or general sale queue. The club could easily have blocked this way of manipulating the odds, but for whatever reason they haven't. It's only fairly recently that memberships have been sold across the whole season with no restriction, so obviously people will try to find ways around this, that's just how the world works. I had 20 positions in for the mackem tickets, and lowest was nowhere close (around 6000 ish), BUT it was a half hearted effort on my part as I was only trying to get a ticket for a mate. For some games I've had over 60 positions and been in single figures at the front of the queue, yeh it's shit, but the club have allowed this to be the case. As for the amount of tickets, its fairly obvious that for V high demand games the amount of tickets available for "members only" to buy fluctuates, it's ridiculous to say otherwise

The flaws and workarounds on the ticketing website haven't been addressed for years, and with the amount of memberships sold it's only getting worse. I've emailed supporter services again, not that I expect them to do anything.

oh, did you attend it like? I was meant to attend but was called out at work ffs never heard anything about it since at all

If only there was a members workshop to discuss ticketing issues ππ
-
Well that first point is incorrect like, in fact it's completely wrong. Then you continue the theme π€¦ I did, initially, only ask if anyone here went to it. One response saying they didn't know it was on. I wasn't looking for a full report with video's and spreadsheets attached Nevermind mate, I can see there's no point in even trying here Cheers π€£π€£

Apologies, I had presumed the "memberships" thread was mainly used by members and as the workshop was aimed at said members I naturally thought this would be the place to ask. I didn't think that was too unrealistic, but if people want to moan and bitch on they could easily have went to the workshop, it was online after all. It would appear very few realised it was on though. No slagging of any supporter groups, but as yet the Trust have made no mention to the workshop, that I am aware of ( have opted out of WhatsApp groups but that's my decision), either before during or after the event, which is unusual, hence I had questioned how widely advertised it was. edit: Just seen the NUSC had representative there, but they've not said how it went
-
FFS I was just saying like as not one person here had mentioned it before, specifically as this is the "membership thread, and also the trust also haven't mentioned it, I take that to mean it wasn't very well advertised π€· Yes, I am a member of the trust, not sure why that matters though I'm obviously wasting my time asking π€£π€£π€£ π»

Yeh I did, hence the screenshot. Just I've not seen or heard anyone else mention it here or via the Trust etc π€·
-
Yep, seems it was very poorly advertised as per usual
