  1. He’s disappointed me. Wanted him last summer, but didn’t seem to make the step up I was hoping. He’s better off staying at Ipswich and getting some confidence back whilst still developing.
  2. Guehi is leaving regardless and I’m sure Eze still has a release clause. Both I can see going, with Wharton in 2026.
  3. Just looked at their results this season, 15 of their 21 wins by one goal. Wouldn’t fancy them in the play offs against anyone.
  4. Going into play offs with 0 wins in 6 and potentially 1 goal in those games. Tasty
  5. Chelsea are a bit shit too. Liverpool rotation, if they’re sober and still in a tactical shape that’s seen them win the league, should be getting a result against Chelsea.
  6. Isak new contract also cements further to new big signings that our best are staying. He’s reaching levels where top players will want to play with him, because he will make them better players.
  7. He’s still been one of their better performers, in a proper bat shit club that’s had no tactical nous or coaching for years. Rashford gets a proper weird bashing by many across the country.
  8. Couldn’t care about Liverpool rotating and being off it. We get a point this weekend, win our homes games, we’ve got top 5. Comfortably in our hands which is all that matters. Regardless what happens this weekends. It’s still in our hands with 3 to go.
  9. Rashford is a good signing for clubs if his wages were like £100k-£140k mark. But then he wouldn’t be leaving Man Utd if he was on that, because Man Utd would keep him because he can offer something. At his current wages, doesn’t make him look appealing to any club.
  10. The final between them and Spurs going to be such desperation for both sides. Long term, just papers over the cracks because they’re both showing nothing form wise that worries me next season as league is the main thing. Also it reinforces why I have no sympathy for Man Utd fans when they moan about the Glazers, and it being tough for them. Going to be their 3rd Europa final in past decade.
  11. That Forest defeat now makes a point at Brighton basically a win because of our GD.
  12. Clubs to spend their time negotiating for those players, whilst we’re not and targeting other players to steal a March. When we’re linked that much in press with a player, I don’t see the move happening.
  13. Electric car, and it makes rolling out of bed and straight to work more feasible. Especially if the car back seat has a shitter.
  14. Ashby was a weird one. Signed at like 21 having hardly played any pro football.
  15. There’s genuinely no-one I would want from West Ham. Bowen is the best, but he’s reaching age point where I think the best has been seen from him. Would just be signing a youth player if they have some top youngsters coming through.

    Joelinton

So is it a case of resting and us hoping again he doesn’t need surgery? Then come July/August in pre season, he needs surgery and is out for say 4 months.
  17. Clubs like Villa will spaff it though, so I don’t care. As long as we keep spending and getting right players, that’s all that matters.

    Joelinton

Willock will be fine there, got two top internationals in the other two CM positions. We’ll just miss his combativeness when we play Arsenal away, but outside that, should manage things and any dropped points won’t be because of no Joelinton.
  19. Yea but 51+49 and cheap tickets.
  20. Any updates on Pacqueta? Swear like start of March it said would be within next 6 weeks, but nothing so far.
  21. They’re billionaires mostly because they inherit wealth to have a head start, manipulate things, hostile takeovers, exploit the less well off etc. With a small bit of ‘business acumen’. Why so many of them would love Premier League to have no relegation, because yes that would then see club values sky rocket. That’s not being business smart, that would be one of the other points.
  22. Probably can’t be underestimated how just falling to like 3rd or 4th behind Man City / Liverpool / Arsenal would hurt Ratcliffe. They’ve likely been brought with future target of being number 1 leading club, not 3rd or 4th.
