  1. Hahahaha. Which transfer wasn't "legitimate"?
  2. Bournemouth, Brighton and Brentford perfect examples of teams losing their best players but still doing well and qualifying for Europe this season by buying well and not above the odds. I'd argue without that £100m Villa wouldn't have been able to rebuild the way they did. It's how you guys decide to spend your money.
  3. Good for you guys though eh? Just under £200m for Gordon and Isak, you must be happy that it's irrelevant?
  4. Who said that? Barca have chosen to pay that much. If Man United pay £70m and £350k for an aging Casamiro then other clubs with DMs will look at that. City paying £100m for Grealish probably set the price for Rice to Arsenal, Caicedo to Chelsea etc.
  5. When you've got £70m for Gordon setting the standard of pricing for the summer it's always going to be high prices for players. As long as it's not what the Scousers paid for Isak!
  6. Elliot Anderson any good?
  7. Someone said "Dreams can come true.." is another fitting one. She's got a couple of bangers
  8. She's probably still got Anthony Joshua on the brain
  9. Same goals and assists in the league as Foden but Foden gets all the shit and not "star boy"
  10. Douè with the "stay humble" hahahaha he knew what he was doing there
  11. Looks like he smells of BO and bad breath
  12. The biggest cheating wanker in the Prem fucks it for his team. Hahahahaha what a twat
  13. Get Giggsy in as Fletchers assistant and I reckon they could get mid table this season.

    Kevin Keegan

Absolutely loved him managing City. First time I got to see us play decent attacking football. Top guy, all the best!
  15. Yeah, they deal with real life issues but make it easier to explain to kids. I'm happy to watch it when the kids have it on, as well
  16. Agree 100% Edit: also, you've got my favourite profile pic. Hammerbarn my favourite episode
  17. Absolutely. If you want to spend over £200m on two players, like Liverpool have done, then you should be able to. But as shown by them, if doesn't automatically make you a better team. United have outspent a lot of clubs and it hasn't improved them. Arsenal have won 1 trophy in 6 years and have one of the highest net spends. Spending that money doesn't automatically guarantee success. It's how you spend it
  18. Please be Southgate. Please be Southgate. Please be Southgate. Please be Southgate.
  19. But that's how it should be, isn't it? You want United and Liverpool to just keep winning everything and City and Everton to win nothing? Why? City and Everton should have the same opportunities and if that means they're pumped with money to get there, just like United and Liverpool have been over the years, then so be it. If someone took over Fulham and wanted them to get to where Chelsea are by pumping their own money into the club then it should be allowed.
  20. Good post. FFP and the rest of the nonsense rules were brought in to stop teams that's don't play in red from competing and essentially doing a City. We were lucky that we got chosen, I believe you were also being looked at in 2008. If your owner has the money, why shouldn't they be able to spend it? For me personally, I'd love to see another team do what we've done, which is why I was buzzing when you got taken over. Every set of loyal fans deserve to see their team win.
  21. £1.59bn net spend and watched my team win absolutely everything when I thought the most I'd see was Andy Morrison lifting the Division 2 playoff final trophy - I'll take that.
  22. Haha why are you on strings because of City. Didn't have yous down for being sheep. Most of you don't seem to be and understand how corrupt the Premier League is, but there's always going to be a few dopes. Just to help you though, our net spend over the last 5 years is -€396m compared with a whopping -€772m for Arsenal, Chelsea with -€757m and -€782m for Man United. Good luck to you mate.
  23. Eh? No one has said they're shit, you've said that. I've explained one is made of glass and has lost whatever they had due to constant injuries and a kid that's barely played. If both CBs get injured and two new ones come on there's always going to be a chance the other team will get opportunities.
