So if we paid £21m for him on a 5 1/2 year contract in Jan 19, but he signed a new 3 1/2 contract in Feb 23 and were getting £10m back for him have we actually nearly broke even with him in terms of FFP 🤣 Edit so original contract was omortisised at £3.8m per year so we had paid £15.2m we then signed a new contract which then spread the remainder of the £4.8m over another 3 1/2 years which is £1.3m a year so we have paid a further £2.6m of him, £17.7m in total plus salary. Difficult to make too mant comparisons with Spurs, obviously being in London will play a big part in them getting things like big concerts, NFL etc with them having better transport links including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead and London City airports.
