Apart from Thiaw the players we bought in the summer now feel like panic buys. I know Howe was keen on Elanga for a while like. I don't think they were exactly what we needed but we had to get players in. Like Woltemade. I love the lad but he's nowhere near what we really needed although I do think he'll become a good player for us. Easy with hindsight like.

It does feel like we're standing still to some extent. As others have said, a couple of fresh bodies in the door to just give the squad a boost should be imperative. Not sure who like but we have an extensive scouting setup for that. We do don't we?
