Rashford I think has played himself into that LW spot. Gordon has played himself out of it. If squad was called tomorrow, I'd have Barnes in over Gordon. I think Gordon has played great every time he's played for England, just think Tuchel will prefer Rashford over him - as he's a better goal threat. Get the impression that unless Howe is fully sold on a player coming into the squad, he won't ever play them regardless of potential or ability. Whilst it was an odd deal, you don't play 150+ games for Benfica and be Greece's number 1 then still be behind Mark Gillespie.

Aye - playing regularly, and in a new environment does wonders. It made Elliot Anderson England's starting 6 and a £100M midfielder. Happy DCL is scoring goals, good for him. When Wilson signed. I finally thought we'd replaced Demba Ba - a proven goalscorer. No matter how shit Bruce era was, I trusted that we had a striker to score somehow. Callum Wilson did.
