Well, I was at the pub trying to drum up support for the newly formed Tampa Bay Toon Army supporters group by way of Football Social app. Plenty of the septic six supporters there. What a shit show that was. Canna see any improvement for next season with Eddie in charge I'm afraid. Hopefully I am wrong and we get rid of the deadwood, including Wissa the Missa and Elanga, then buy some up and coming players similar to Bruno.

Just completed bike tour in Croatia and a Bayern fan who was on the tour with us considers Flash a good fit. The fact he denied Barnes his usual position I believe he won't be missed. Performance wise, Gordon has become erratic lately and just hope LiVARpoop don't swoop in. On our way home to see the last 2 games, sad that we may save Spurs with a win v Wet Spam!

There is a PL mornings fan festival this weekend( NBC sports) near me but we decided not to attend due to crowds and our opponents who seem to get the better of us. We did get to the NUFC arranged quiz night and meet n greet with Warren Barton! Hopefully keep it to a 1-2 loss rather than the 1-4 last season. Then we have to look forward to the Arsenal game 4-1 loss last season as well!

I am not very optimistic about us getting a win on Saturday as we were doing OK last season, only losing 5 up to this game, and got beat 1-4. We travelled from the US January 2025 to see the Wolves midweek game (3-0 to us I believe) as well as the Bournemouth game. Hopefully getting into the Strawberry for a pint again when visiting for the BHA game!

I ceased watching Engerrland about 8 yrs ago. I was at Ayresome Park in 1966 as a 11yr. Old and thought we won it every time!😝 Know doubt " it's coming home" will be wafting through the airwaves in the UK. My gooner yank friend is looking at tickets for England pre tournament game in Tampa. I asked her if she was a masochist! Having the WC in the US is a travesty, especially when ICE will be at the games and the fact many Latinos will be up for watching the games.

Canna understand Eddie, when 3 first team CP players(Wharton, Sarr and Matteta) came on he did nowt. There again he always plays catch up, wait until opposition score or lead then react. Having a like for like, Flash off for Barnes wasn't going to cut it. Should have had fresh legs on at the usual 65 minutes!
