Decky
Disgraceful, if anyone watched MOTD there now you would have seen that one whole side of their ground is completely empty of home fans. An ENTIRE side of their stadium. There are also big patches of empty seats around the ground. The club have even decorated the empty side with huge cloths covering the seats like the Rovers crest and even a Bet 24 advertisement. It really is shocking, can you imagine if SJP had an entire side of the ground empty?
Dave
Just made the point in the other thread. 19,506 attendance is fucking pathetic.
Mowen
It's a small town, and Pompey took fewer than 500.
Dave
League One yesterday, Leeds 2-0 Swansea. 29,467.
Mowen
League One yesterday, Leeds 2-0 Swansea. 29,467. Leeds have one of the biggest fanbases in the country, and a far bigger city than Blackburn.
ChezGiven
In fairness, Leeds are a bigger club than Blackburn.
Dave
I know. Still two leagues lower.
Liam Liam Liam O
In fairness, Leeds are still a bigger club than Blackburn.
Mowen
Wigan got 16,900 in their last home game
Liam Liam Liam O
Blackburn & Boro. Two teams who wouldnt be a loss to the Premiership Edit: Fair point. Wigan added to that list
ChezGiven
I've got a lot of time for Leeds, hope they sort it out. Doing well so far.
brummie
Blackburn at least have a fair bit of history. Boro, for my money, offer absolutely nothing to English football.
Guest gggg
So 20% of the population of Blackburn then about the same as Leeds get.
Dave
Blackburn's capacity is 31,367 btw. That's the equivalent of us getting 32,457 for a Premier League game.
brummie
I've got a lot of time for Leeds, hope they sort it out. Doing well so far. I always think it is awful for fans to go through that sort of thing with their club, and generally wouldn't wish it on anyone, but I'm afraid that in the case of Leeds, I've got no sympathy at all, and just hope it gets worse for them. The stuff I've seen from their scum fanbase over 30 years means I for one will shed the most microscopic, saltiest tear, should they implode totally. Dave
I've got a lot of time for Leeds, hope they sort it out. Doing well so far. Without the points deduction they'd be five points clear already. I wasn't that bothered about them going into the Championship, but they shouldn't be in League One. Sparks
It was the away end that was empty, I'd be pointing fingers at Portsmouth fans rather Blackburn. There were a couple of hundred at most there.

Ahh come on, they are a classic british side with a great pedigree. There are loads of tossers at every club. I'd rather see Leeds in the top division than fucking Reading. Decky
Just a question about Leeds, with the money in the Prem these days, if they got promoted to the Prem again would their debts be cleared?
