Possibly, but then again, you have simply replaced him with like-for-like haven't you, but at a cost of about £6m??!!! Whereas we got Viduka for nowt! Beattie will (as already said) be a waste of time. proven time and time again he can't score regulary in the PL, and as a goalscorer that is quite a major flaw.
