Some of the tosh spoken about the Swansea game and how they were better than us is just laughable.

It leads onto some people complaining about the poor football on show this season. Where were they during the last 3 seasons ?

 

Certainly the standard is considerably lower than the PL, but as opposed to having crap teams like Bolton, Blackburn, Stoke etc coming to SJP and defending with 7 men and us not being good enough to break them down, we now have quite a lot of teams coming to SJP and having a go - but even if they don't we are good enough to break them down.

The result is a much better game of football albeit in a lower standard league.

its amazing how many teams are out playing us.....after weve won the game, lol.

 

If you believe everything in the Welsh press Swansea outplay everyone and never deserve to lose.  Just because they play with 10 men behind the ball and pass from defence to midfield to defence their fans think that they are real madrid or liverpool from the 70s.

The likes of Swansea, Sheff Utd, Preston, etc. must have hated it when they saw us get relegated really. Despite a few concerns pre-season, it pretty much guaranteed one promotion spot was taken.

Lovenkrands starts up front and scores, what more can you say. Added to that Ranger misses a good chance to score. I like the lad but right now until Ameobi is back it's Carroll,Loven and Harewood fighting for 2 places imo.

I do believe you have a problem, perhaps you should make an appointment with your GP, definately something wrong there.

 

Talking of definately something wrong, you gonna pop along to the Liberty to watch a real team once Ridders has seen off yours. That will make 3 now, with Lids and Barnsley.
