Stu
With Leon's shock hat-trick last night, we've equalled last season's tally (Ameobi, Nolan and Lovelyhands) of three hat-tricks with another three different scorers (Carroll, Nolan, Best). That's 6 hat-tricks in the last 18 months Our last hat-trick before then was Owen's treble at West Ham ( ) in December 2005, with Shearer being the provider of the last SJP hat-trick (2003 vs Leverkusen in Champs League, 1999 vs Sheff Wed in the league). Quite simply, after such a prolonged famine we seem to be enjoying quite the feast. Particularly as the scorers wouldn't have been heavily backed before each game to score one, let alone two, in some of those games! Who do you want to/think will be most likely to grab our next hat-trick and will it be this season? What's the record for hat-tricks in one season by NUFC (and by different scorers)? Side stat: Is Ronaldo the only player to bag a hat-trick against us in the past 5 years? Ronaldo 07/08 Carew 07/

Ocho
Just seen a stat that Man Utd (99/00) and Arsenal (03/04) had 4 different players to score a hat trick in one PL season. Would be great if we could beat that
