The fourth official should have communicated to the referee that it should have been a throw in to Forest not a foul and a booking Maybe the fourth official thought it was foul.... No foul. Which is 100 yards away on the other side of the pitch. Was right in front of me in the milburn and I thought yellow card straight away as it he definitely done him.
