Tonalis Bookie Posted yesterday at 12:05 Share Posted yesterday at 12:05 Time to eat some humble pie here. He has definitely turned a corner as a manager and that has to be appreciated and applauded. All of the things I thought were so evident as flaws seem to have been adjusted slightly this season and he can only be applauded for that. We do not seem to be hell bent on one way of playing. The 2 arsenal games showed slight tweaks in formation and style, something we didnt do even when we didnt have the players to play the way we seemingly wanted to. The substitutions don't seem to be just favourites now on the 60th minute or reactive, they actively change the change each time. We are using players and shifting around to manage games and try to win games. Previously this didnt happen. The travel for games seems different and access to the club. The greatest thing a manager can do is evolve and I 100% think he has done that. I do no think last year we would have adapted to the arsenal games the way we did this year and that is all credit to him. He's become a better manager with more experience and its to our benefit. I never wanted him to fail here but also never thought he had those subtle changes in him and im delighted hes shown that he has
SteV Posted yesterday at 12:44 Share Posted yesterday at 12:44 Right at the end of his presser: Journo: “So in terms of new contract announcements, you wouldn’t expect anything more before the end of the season?” Eddie (with big smile and a glint in his eye): “who knows”
Ellis H Posted yesterday at 12:56 Share Posted yesterday at 12:56 As if Louise Taylor wasn’t annoying enough that tapping when she asks a question is infuriating. It’s like she’s rapping her shit stirring questions.

If you had to list his strengths, desire to learn would surely have been near the top.
Shays Given Tim Flowers
Not sure we were ever hell bent on one way of playing. There’s been plenty of tweaks throughout his time here. We’ve changed formations in games Wilson Isak 4-4-2 anyone? Dan burn as left back/auxiliary centre back in defence. Joelinton and Willock interchanging on the left hand side. He’s not perfect but nobody is.
