Honestly, if it wasn’t for his injuries over the past few years I reckon Kelly would be England’s starting left-back (or in the squad at the very least).

He's got the ability, and there's a gap in the England team at that spot, and so I'm sure he'll be pushing for it, and that would have been in his thinking when deciding to join up with Howe again.

Struggled to make an impact, looks a little lost out there. I thought his position was higher up the pitch so maybe was in his natural position yesterday. Lots of work to do though, but still a pup, loads of time.
