Perhaps Wullie credited a man of your age with a little more maturity.

or perhaps it just appears he is stupid and naive in many ways ?

If my dad (about the same age) was chortling away at someone on a message board saying "Yes' I'd take him" I would start to worry.

There does seem to be a fixation from the older generation on the forum for "the gays"

No doubt I will be called a poof or get the limp wrist smiley in repsonce :D

here comes the cavalry  mackems.gif

Go on call us a gay!

both of you ? Or is it just your grammar

Me and my fella, call us gay!

Yes.

Gerard will find solution to our defence problems and our current attacking midfielders + strikers will fit to his counter attacking football.

He wants to win the league and that  is exactly where we need to aim. While this job will be the first big test for Sam, this will be a chance for Gerard to complete his 'unfinished business'.

In my opinion, Gerard Houllier and the current NUFC are a good match.

Tough Choice between him and Sven really.

Think he would certainly shore us up and give us some stability and momentum, but I also think he could turn out to be another dalglish.

Who ever takes over needs charisma imo. Sven and Houllier just dont have the open passion that the crowd will take too, albeit they are both much better qualified than Allardyce..

...but then werent Souness, Gullit, Dalglish and Robson? The crowd has to be behind the new guy in charge, it would be much easier to turn on Sven or Houllier when they dont looked asrsed in the dug out when things are going wrong.

Absolutely NO

Why not?

Except with this extremely lucky season with Liverpool where he won 5 trophies he was average there and at the end they were playing poor football. He also signed some football legends like Biscan,Diao,Sheiry...

Now at Lyon he is starting to do the same.

He was eliminated from the Champions league when everyone expected at least semi-final

He also lost the League cup to Bordo

I think that if Lyon had some bigger competition he might have lost the title too.

I think next season they will play even worse

I just dont think he is what we need and i actually dont rate him

I wouldn't mind a lucky season if it meant winning 5 trophies....
