how much would we take for Carroll?? _ anything north of £ 15 m and our owner will drive him there himself I reckon

the average for the PL & the FL is around a 74% success rate I think
-
I still worry about those home points thrown away in the last 5 games
-
target is 36 - that's the average to go down playing 38 games a season - 42 is the max that any club have been relegated on playing 38 in the PL
Chelsea only need 4 more wins to reach 36......................
-
Pele in a friendly at Sheffield Wednesday in a friendly - he changed feet and direction about six times as he ran in and just stroked it into the opposite corner - and that was against the England Keeper at the time
-
Bramble is on e of those really irritating players - for 85 minutes he looks top PL class and then....
the fact he's continued to play in the top leagues after leaving us shows he has something - just that last 5 minutes is what he is missing..........................
-
12th - we lack depth & a couple of top class midfielders
we don't play well against sides who know how to hold the ball
-
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

But can you imagine sitting there as owners and seeing all those seats going just to pay ONE player......................... madness
6,000 Out of 76,000? What's that, 8%, considering he's by far their best player its nothing.
I wonder how much seat % we were paying Owen for being a total waste of space...£125k, 50k seats...probably about the same.
but then all the other players will want more........................... its the economics of the madhouse

good run for an Octopus apparently ...we shall miss him
back to the pea brained squid known as Lauro I guess

With Rooney's latest rise the "Times" reckons that the first 6000 through the turnstiles for PL matches at Old Trafford will be shoveling their cash straight into his pocket
For the next 5 years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

not so long ago we would have folded after their goal - especially playing in Landahn - they were rubbish and we have thrown away a lot of points against the dross this season but its still not a bad spot to be in right now
-
the PL need to be careful - they could be sued as well................ English Company law doesn't recognise the "fit & proper person " test

That guy in the picture looks far too satisfied.
"Yeah I kill people for a living. WHAT DO YOU DO?"
He does ! I bet he calls his chair a pet name as well. Something like "Betty"
You can't blame the executioner - it is Society that condemns people to death - all you can hope for is that he knows what the hell he is doing when you turn up there

could be a member of the Met Firearms Squad
-
I can think of 14 clubs that would LOVE Liverpool (or anyone else but themselves) to be 9 points worse off RIGHT NOW
and can you see Liverpool's old mates at ManU, Everton, etc voting against a penalty - juts makes the top 4 safer
-
can't wait for the same thing to happen in Manchester................
-
they'll rotate a few players - its very low on their priority list but they're still a hell of a lot better than we are - 2-0
-
if we're :-
in the top 7 - "the squad is fine we don't need to spend"
mid table - "good performance - we won't need to spend"
relegation struggle - "this lot got us up last time and I'm sure they can do the same again in 2011-2012 while I pocket the parachute - we don't need to spend"
-
telsl you more about teh Toffee's lack of frontmen than a defence TBH
-
now we know how we got relegated!
it wasn't the REAL nufc after all......................
-
toshack is a serial loser TBH
After how many games do you consider position an indicator of final position?
