It’s not that simple is it, which is obvious. Failing to improve the side could result in a lower league position which could result in unhappy star players. Obviously it’s all hypothetical but you have to agree that making your team better is more likely to result in higher achievements and happier players, right?

Not convinced Joelinton works well in that role at all tbh. I’d rather try Willock there and he’s not suited to it either. however, that system will work miles better than 3 hybrid midfielders trying to do every role.
