A professional centre back should be fairly comfortable anywhere in a back 3. More over simplification really. The roles across the back three are very different, and in football at this level they are basically entirely different positions.

But maybe some shady managers would ask one of their players whom they intend to sub to go down feigning a head injury to get a free pass and thus potentially gain an unfair advantage with 4 fresh players.
