How many of the PL players we have signed have an extremely high ceiling like Bruno, Thiaw, Tonali, Isak (I feel sick including him) do/did? We've signed a much higher proportion of them compared to players from abroad and I could say Hall and Livramento are about it. Harvey Barnes is probably a level below that in terms of ceiling. Its not unreasonable to want more signings from abroad for cheaper that will likely hit bigger heights.
