It's always streamed live during the show. Have you not got a telly like? At uni, and the TV in the living room is always almost taken up by some of my flatmates sweating on Fable 2 on the 360. Sigh. Run around like a lunatic swinging a plank of wood with nails in it until they evacuate then enjoy full control of the TV.

I thought he looked awful until the very end when Arsenal shot themselves in the foot. Was giving the ball away time and time again. He didnt look anything special but he really didnt give the ball away much. He messed up just about every through ball he tried. He did the whole passing 2 yards to a team mate thing well enough though.

That's the definition of throwing a game away. Cliche must feel about half an inch tall right now.

Jammy fucking cunts.

What he said? Screaming at the top of his lungs that it was a foul in the build up to Arsenal's goal and clutching at straws to prove it.

Jamie Redknapp making a fool out of himself again in the studio. Daddy's boy.

He'd need psychic powers to read Ameobi's knock ons as he just gets his head to them and doesn't care where they go.

I think they should make talking Jonas dolls. Just imagine how sexy and smooth talking those would be.

It was truly frightening.

Same old shit 2nd half. No reason what so ever to sit back yet that's what we did anyway. At least we won.

I'm hoping for an 8-0 win...just to balance out our goal difference.

Shola + Kinnear = Long ball hell.

Correct line up.

Does that mean we keep Bobby and can erase Souness from our memory? No, because Maradona's goal gets ruled out over in Mexico, England win the World Cup, and Robson goes on to bigger and better things. Like managing Barcelona?

I hinted at that earlier in the topic :-[

What is your worst moment watching football?
Skeletor replied to Segun Oluwaniyi's topic in Football
Partizan Belgrade, Sporting Lisbon, Mackems in the rain. Hard to pick really. Worst moment non-Newcastle wise is probably the penalty shoot out loss to Germany in Euro 96. -
Only if the new owners are willing to give him huge transfer budgets to completely overhaul the squad in a few years.

Tactics: Keep the ball on the deck as often as possible. 2 weeks fine for anyone repeatedly lumping it long. That'd do me.

Bolton are good for giving teams their first win of the season.

He's only had Barton for 1 game, I hope you're proven wrong by him. Well I wasn't impressed by him keeping a crocked Butt on for as long as he did simply because the Mackem crowd gave Barton some abuse when he was warming up. It's the second time in 3 games that he's started a player that isn't 100% over an injury. His football is awful, we were crying out for players on the pitch that are capable of carrying the ball forward on the ground at pace yet he kept Jonas and N'Zogbia on the bench in favour of the long balls being lumped forward for Ameobi, fair play to Joe for coming in when the club is up for sale but the sooner he goes the better. His brand of football is exactly what I expected from him. Same long ball shit that made Wimbledon so hated. Only problem is it's not even effective these days.
-
It was even more stupid if it was to protect Barton, the longer we have him warming up, the more stick he'll get. It will be better all around if we just stick him on and see how it goes and he'll have to handle whatever comes his way. Not to mention the difference when Barton actually did come on. Imagine having that for 2/3 of the game. Would have added the non-existant bite to our midfield and I don't think we'd have lost.

I can't see him ever realising that he needs to drop Butt. Keegan wouldn't drop Butt either to be fair. Never really had the options to. Kinnear at least now has Guthrie and Barton available to start. Not strictly true. Geremi can play centre mid as can N'Zogbia, both imo better options than Butt but Keegan never played them in the middle alongside Guthrie. Playing Geremi there is just as bad due to the fact neither can run. N'Zogbia is all over the place when he plays there. Geremi retains possession alot better than Butt and at least N'Zogbia is pacy and mobile. N'Zogbia doesn't have the discipline to play centrally...particularly not in the defensive midfield role. Geremi might keep good possession but he'd get even more overrun than Butt does due to his 40 year old legs.
