A lot of "bang average" players have become colossal for us.. I've learnt to not even question Howe when it comes to players. Rafa always said a hit rate of around 50% on transfers means you're genuinely outperforming the market. Howe is closer to 90%... He's not worth £60-70M by a long shot, but if Howe wants him for cheaper than that and he's available at what we value a good price - he will be here.
