  1. Just reminded myself of the Elanga cross that hit Gabriel when 1-1 at SJP in the 80th minute. Identical scenario, I recall all the media and ex refs saying you can't give a pen for that?
  2. Dodgy Pen decision for Celtic yet again. Fuck right off
  3. YES! Although VAR will find a fingernail on a Celtic defender somewhere
  4. That Kabore upfront for Hearts has looked crap every time I've watched them
  5. Whole world is behind Hearts here I imagine. If they can go to Celtic with this crowd and atmosphere and not get beat then they'll have thoroughly deserved it 👍
  6. Why couldn't Villa have done this against Spurs man, although doing it to the dippers is a nice consolation prize
  7. Jesus I was 3rd a couple of weeks ago, now I'm bloody 11th! Villa 1-1 Liverpool Man United 2-1 Forest Brentford 2-0 Palace Everton 1-0 Sunderland Leeds 2-2 Brighton Wolves 0-2 Fulham Newcastle 1-2 West Ham Arsenal 4-0 Burnley Bournemouth 0-1 Man City Chelsea 2-1 Spurs
  8. That zoomed in picture does show it hit his hand but that was not available to the referee or VAR. They just had the one angle which they showed on repeat and it was impossible to see if it hit hand off that. VAR can only recommend an on-field review for a clear and obvious error. This angle does not show the referee has missed a clear and obvious error. You can't see clearly where the ball hits. And even if they did think it hit his hand then they have to consider if it was (a) Deliberate and (b) has it made your body unnaturally bigger. It definitely isn't deliberate, the ball hits his hand - which is on his forehead in the middle of a normal footballing challenge and he hasn't made his body unnaturally bigger. Because the ball would have hit his head anyway, so his hand on his head does not make his body unnaturally bigger. This is categorically not what VAR was brought in for, and it all needs ripped up in the summer. Honestly sick to death of VAR now, has to be the worst thing to happen to football in my lifetime. Completely spoiling games and moments with this forensic analysis. It genuinely is pathetic You really have to feel for Hearts. I'm sure everyone will be behind them on Saturday. Got a feeling Celtic will win and it'll be the most anticlimactic ending to a superb Scottish season. God I hope I'm wrong though 🙏
  9. TBF that still picture, think it did hit his hand like . You just know Celtic will get a dodgy VAR decision on Saturday if it's still 0-0 after an hour though
  10. Got a feeling Hearts will win the league tonight, don't fancy them at Celtic last game but to even be in with winning the title last game of the season is so refreshing. Don't think I've watched a Scottish game since Henrik Larsson was banging them in but seen a few this season
  11. Would love that deal to happen
  12. Referee's decision there basically decided the title and possibly relegation. Unreal pressure on that decision....and he fucked it up in my opinion. Soft as fuck
  13. Raya been class but just flapped like fuck at that man
  14. Urgh South Shields losing 2-0 to Kidderminster in playoff final. Still first half though
  15. Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea Brighton 2-0 Wolves Fulham 1-1 Bournemouth Sunderland 0-2 Man Utd Man City 3-1 Brentford Burnley 0-2 Villa Palace 0-1 Everton Forest 0-1 Newcastle West Ham 0-1 Arsenal Spurs 1-2 Leeds Man City 2-0 Palace
  16. How is that not a penalty?!
  17. Sels miles better than both our current keepers
  18. Ouch just seen the incident, horrible
  19. I mean I can see loyalty is valuable but this obsession with Burn having to play at all costs even if is shoehorning him in at left back is just detrimental to the team. Losing a bit of patience to be honest. If I see Murphy starting a game next season then Eddie can get in the fucking bin. 5 years we've had to replace him man
  20. Leeds 3-0 Burnley Brentford 1-1 West Ham Newcastle 2-2 Brighton Wolves 0-0 Sunderland Arsenal 1-0 Fulham Bournemouth 2-1 Palace Man United 0-1 Liverpool Villa 2-0 Spurs Chelsea 1-0 Forest Everton 0-2 Man City
  21. Could literally copy and paste that from last couple of seasons. Be surprised if anything noteworthy comes out from this meeting
  22. I'm Eddie in and will always love the bloke but I can completely understand the argument for change. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and who is to say they may be right and I'm wrong in hindsight What I can't get my head around is exactly like what you say is fans being nasty and vitriolic towards the manager after what he's given us over the last 4.5 years.
