Back to the takeover talk and there is a lot of gossip on twitter about a new company registered on Company House (PAUK) on 16th July 2021 just 3 days before arbitration was delayed. When you compare the initial documents of PAUK and NCUK, they are almost identical. Yassir Al Rumyyan and Vincent Cheshire named and everything appears the same except for the PIFs ‘legal form’ changing from ‘Public Investment Fund’ to ‘Corporate Sole’. Even if he was offside the goalkeeper should still get a red card. Basically saying if you know the attacker is offside you can do what the fuck you like to him and you cant get booked (Pickford on Van Dijk springs to mind) Fucking bollocks VAR decisions again, feels like there is a vendetta against us from takeover but probably just being a sore loser.

Id love to see Messi in the Premier League but not City, they've become far too powerful and I think it would genuinely spoil the season as they'd win nearly every game and have the league wrapped up by Christmas. Who else would suit him? Chelsea or Man Utd? Maybe Liverpool would be good to see

I thought they threatened a points deduction to Man Utd if they did it again in the rearranged game against Liverpool? I don't think the plans will be anything as outrageous as that anyway

I would absolutely love it if we had the bottle as a fanbase to cause mayhem against West Ham and get the match called off. Unfortunately I just cant see it happening and I guarantee we'd get a points deduction off the Premier League (Still be worth it IMO, this is far bigger than the match)

I dont think Keith actually said Tottenham had threatened to leave the EPL with the other 5 if the Saudis took us over. He just used it as an extreme hypothetical scenario where disclosure could be used in both arbitration and CAT case countering the arguement that evidence in one couldnt be used in another. Might be wrong like and cant be arsed to find it again as he was waffling for over half an hour.

I know people say tongue in cheek that Ashley should just sell to PIF and see what the Premier League do in terms of punishment but is it realistic? Genuinely think Ashley should just just sell now as they've just took the absolute piss and call their bluff. Whole thing is disgusting

Well Ashleys plane (G-MATO) took off an hour ago so I was excited to hopefully see it go to Nice, but its just landed at Newquay in Cornwall

Remember a few weeks ago whwn Ashley released a statement saying he wanted it all done by the end of june. I'm thinking this was a deadline for the Premier League to agree a settlement by and if not then he is going the whole hog. So I reckon we will either see it settled out of court by end of june (end of next week?) or Ashley wont stop his CAT at all
