  1. Commentator mentioned De Gea hadn't saved a penalty for 5 years. Had 11 chances there and didn't do jack shit Ps - Savage was awful during the penalty shootout. Shouting 'yes Wales' when James scored ffs. Predicting how individual penalties will be scored/missed. Just shut the fuck up
  2. I don't think we will now hear anything at all until around june 11th when we find out about Premier League's response to Ashleys CAT deadline and whether they have successfully thrown the case out due to a technicality or must proceed and give disclosure
  3. Still hanging on to the glimmer of hope he resigns after the match
  4. Interesting about Ashley he has done a few end of season interviews over the years, maybe he could reveal something. When was last time he was at a match? Dont think he has been to any this season?
  5. Aye Ben Jacobs did a Q&A this morning for an hour on Wraith's podcast, was pretty interesting. He seems to think the BeIn letter isnt important but did mention that NUFC should try and delay arbitration in july until after disclosure phase of Ashleys claim. If arbitration is sorted before disclosure then it wont effect sale he reckons as PIF will be long gone
  6. Not sure if its just a piss take or not but his mate says apparently there is going to be big news from 'The Geordie Dentist' tonight on NUFC Matters (Wraiths podcast) . Probably be something stupid to get a few viewers but who knows, he does have contacts for sure.
  7. That save by the Lincoln keeper when 0-0 to tip a shot onto the bar was brilliant. Mackems in deep shit but I still get the feeling they'll pull it off on Saturday
  8. Reckon if that 2nd goal happens in Premier League then VAR might have disallowed it for handball? Shame they're in League One so it is irrelevant
  9. Oh dear! League One Juggernauts Sunderland 2-0 down to recent non league team Lincoln City
  10. Current procedural deadlines in arbitration proceedings with Newcastle United Football Club, which are said to cover materially identical issues to those raised in the Claim and which are being heard on an expedited basis in July 2021 Sounds like arbitration to me?
  11. The last part of reason 1: urrent procedural deadlines in arbitration proceedings with Newcastle United Football Club, which are said to cover materially identical issues to those raised in the Claim and which are being heard on an expedited basis in July 2021 Is this definitive proof that arbitration has not started yet but will be done in July??
  12. Sorry I put the twitter page I got it from on now. It wasnt embedded properly at first
  13. Apparently the Premier League have been granted an extention of time until 17.00 hrs on June 5th 2021 to contest Mike Ashleys CAT jurisdiction
  14. Sorry like but that VAR decision has left a sour taste for me. 100% would have been given if that was Liverpool who had scored it. Stuff like this to help the big teams just adds to theory of corruption. Sickening
  15. Wow good penalty! Ps - Ake has been fucking garbage. How much did City pay for him? 20m?
  16. Just watched this episode and I would highly recommend anyone interested in takeover proceedings to put this on (skip the first 32 minutes as this is when it gets interesting). Keith produced 2 bits of evidence that have been in the public domain so arent breaking any NDAs. Firstly a letter by Masters to someone in June where he calls PIF 'a company based in Saudi Arabia' and secondly a letter by BeIn Sports where they say they would strongly oppose a takeover. Also a bit of talk about Hoffmans role throughout this and Keith says evidence will come out eventually showing Masters and Hoffman knew about ESL and were possibly even involved. Cant help but feel extremely positive and confident after hearing him speak. He must have some pretty good sources and definitely seems to know the laws. Good stuff
  17. I like Keith think hes genuinely got some high up contacts. I don't believe Hollywood have approached him to make a movie about it though
  18. So we have went from watching Companies House to then watching planes, helicopters and boats and now we need to keep an eye on the moon's position?!
  19. True Faith released a special podcast tonight with Alex Hurst, Mick Martin and some legal expert. The legal guy is 100% convinced this isnt about forcing a takeover but all about Ashley getting money. Worth a listen
  20. I am of the thought that this is where we are at. It could also likely have been a mutual settlement without the need for arbitration. I would be shocked if we heard anything until we are mathematically safe. Regarding people's opinions that it hasnt started yet (Kennedy, Keith Pattinson, etc) they didnt have a clue whatsoever when we were appealing the chief arbitrator over Christmas. This tells me that it all happened without any leaks at all. Think the same could be happening right now
  21. I am getting sick to death of Edwards constantly highlighting any negative issues regarding this takeover. Only the other day he claimed he has been accurate throughout the takeover (lets forget about his statement saying the Saudi deal was over in September, Henry Mauriss fiasco and recently his claims that the club is no longer for sale only to be shown up by a club statement days later) I can kind of see his point regarding this but its the way he behaves that infuriates supporters. If this does go through he will look a right fool
