the reason we beat them was because they played two games on suday so must've been knackered when we played them. the reason for this is i've just read the last couple of pages of glory glory's match thread and the game they played in on sunday they dominated,played very well and only lacked a finisher. the other game they played,which is the one i saw was a very even game in which we created the better chances and they never really looked like scoring.

had our first goal been the other way round....i wonder how many would have been claiming a foul ? N'zogbia had a very good game on the ball today,could've supported enrique a bit more. still head downish a bit but in the last third was very dangerous.

very even game,2 very even teams,we created slghtly the better chances. draw a fair result but if either team was going to win it was us as we created marginally more good chances.

Very good article. 80k is more than most earn in a year, he earns that 52 times a year, which is more years than anyone works. More than enough money for life. I still get a bit annoyed thinking about how much he has invested in his stables since he moved back from Madrid. I think he will sign the offer but if he doesnt, he's been poorly advised as his reputation will fall dramatically unless he goes to one of the big 4. he'll wait and assess his options,both financially and career wise and choose which he thinks is best for him...........as would most of us if it wasn't "our club"
