It would give us more immediate wiggle room and, if we continue to grow as we are the commercial stuff, those others as you mention getting amortised when they eventually leave we make something back off them (even if not a technical profit) and as time goes on, hopefully we develop young players to sell on for decent prices. That bit sounds awful, young players as nothing than assets to be sold for profit but they seem to be well up for it as they can make decent bucks out of it as well.
